Capital Resorts Club™ Member Services Contact Information

727-202-9820, follow the prompts to select your membership level and speak to a Vacation Specialist.
We respond to all inquiries on a first come, first served basis as quickly as possible through an organized ticketing system. Our service goal is to resolve each inquiry with the first reply.

Closed on Sundays and Holidays
Grand Crowne Resorts members should call their Club Services telephone provided by Interval International at (877) 778-7739.

 

Website Access

If you are a first time user or existing user and have forgotten your password, visit https://www.capitalresortsgroup.com/ownership/portal/login, click the "forgot password" link and enter your 6 digit Owner ID. A message with instructions on how to create an account or reset your password will then be sent to the email address we have on file.

If you have recently changed your email address or would like to provide an email to gain access to the Capital Resorts' member section, please call 727-202-9820 to speak with a Vacation Specialist.
It is a 6 digit number, separate from your contract number. If you do not know or cannot locate your Owner ID, please call member services at 727-202-9820 to obtain this information.
Send an email to contactus@capitalresortsgroup.com. Once we receive this, our program administrator will send you an email back with the subject “Activations” containing the Capital LifestylesSM Travel Savings link along with your initial username and password.
Go to the Capital Resorts Group home page at www.capitalresortsgroup.com, click on the Capital Lifestyles picture, then the local savings icon OR go to the Capital Lifestyles Local Savings page directly at www.capitalresortsgroup.com/lifestyles/access-benefits. Once there, click the "Get Started" icon and utilize the company code that appears in the box. Enter your Owner ID in the second box and click the "login" icon.

 

Capital Preferred Exchange Network (CPEN)

Capital Preferred Exchange Network is our preferred exchange partner, Interval International, which gives members vacation access to over 10,000 destinations worldwide.
Our partnership with Interval International is a club membership, to book please contact Capital Resorts Club member services at 727-202-9820, exchange fees may apply. Just have your date range and location choices available and we will do the rest.
Contact Capital Resorts Club member services at 727-202-9820. Depending on the timing, you may be entitled a refund of your exchange fee or be required to forfeit your paid exchange fee and in some cases forfeit your Capital Points™.
Yes. There are short stay options, but numbers are limited, subject to availability and require a $159.00 exchange fee (fees subject to change without advance notice). Please contact Capital Resorts Club member services at 727-202-9820 to discuss your options with a Vacation Specialist.

 

Fees

Each year, annual maintenance fees are due 30 days after billing. Generally, they are billed in October for the next use year.
The simplest way to make a payment is by contacting Capital Resorts Club member services at 727-202-9820.

45 days after the down payment on your contract has been paid in full. After that, they are due annually on that date. These club dues are not optional, they are to support your Capital Resorts Club membership.
Capital Lifestyles is a select membership program that allows Capital Resorts Club members access to select resort partners, hotels, car rentals, cruise lines and local and travel destination discounts. Capital Lifestyles benefits are subject to change anytime and without notice.
Capital Lifestyles is billed 45 days after your date of purchase and after that annually on each anniversary date.
No, as outlined in the Capital Resorts Club Rules and Regulations (provided to you via CD) maintenance fees, club dues and mortgage related fees must be current to make a reservation.

 

Overview of Select Capital Resorts Club Rules & Regulations

Getaways are discounted weeks through Capital Resorts' partners. Accommodations are subject to availability. Prices can be as low as $199 a week and can average $499.
Getaways can be booked by contacting Capital Resorts member services at 727-202-9820.
Reservations confirmed within 60 days of arrival are eligible for a Flexchange discount of 50% off the normal Capital Points™ cost. The Flexchange program is only available for new bookings. Existing bookings are not eligible for the discount.
The use year for the Capital Points™ you are borrowing must be current on maintenance fees. If maintenance fees have not yet been billed for that year, Capital Resorts Club member services will estimate these fees and any differences in the final billing will be adjusted. Borrowed Capital Points™ retain their original expiration date. To borrow Capital Points™, please contact Capital Resorts Club member services at 727-202-9820.
OWNERewards Quorum cardholders will accrue 2 Crowns for every $1.00 spent with Capital Resorts and 1 Crown for every $1.00 spent on all other transactions.
Register by going to dreampoints.com or calling (800) 526-1507 for registration or account assistance. Once you have registered and have logged in, you will then be able to view your Crowns and select redemption choices.
Please send an email to contactus@capitalresortsgroup.com with your name, Owner ID, as well as the name of the party you referred and the date and location they toured. We will review, apply the credits and contact you.

Travel Information

A passport is required for any international travel. For your convenience, please visit: http://travel.state.gov/passport for the most current travel regulations.
We require a current government issued photo ID and a major credit card for incidentals.
We recommend viewing the most recent health advisories by visiting the Traveler's Health page on the Centers for Disease Control online at www.cdc.gov/travel.
Currently, The Lodges at The Great Smoky Mountains in Pigeon Forge, TN, Grand Crowne Resort and Carriage Place Resort in Branson, MO have a limited number of pet friendly units. These pet friendly units are available on a first come, first served basis and must be booked in advance with Capital Resorts Club by calling member services at 727-202-9820.

 

Other

Capital Resorts Club has a relationship with 5-Star Timeshare Resales. For more details, please call (888) 412-7827. Selling a timeshare on the secondary market is not easy and pricing will be reflective of supply and demand of each individual resort. Capital Resorts does not have a buy-back program at this time.
