Making a Vacation Reservation Using Your Capital Points

Capital Resorts Reservations Guidelines & Questions

How far in advance can I make a Capital Points reservation?

Booking your vacation through Capital Resorts is simple. You can make a Capital Points reservation in any season 8 months in advance of your desired check-in date. All reservations are subject to availability, Capital Points requirements and ownership level, so plan ahead to secure the resort accommodations and the vacation time you desire.

Is there a minimum-night stay requirement?

Most resorts require a two-night minimum stay except holidays, which require a three-night minimum stay. Some resorts do require a full-week minimum stay with check-in on a specific day. You can find a complete listing of our resorts on the Destinations page. Holidays include New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, President's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and Veteran's Day.

What is the cancellation policy?

To cancel or modify your vacation plans, please contact a Vacation Specialist at 727-202-9820.

How are my reservations confirmed?

When your reservation is confirmed, either by phone or online, you will receive a confirmation number. If you reserved a vacation online, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address on file within minutes of completing the reservation. Reservations booked by calling Vacation Specialists will receive a printed confirmation email, text or letter in the mail 7 to 10 business days after your call. Reservations Snapshot

  • Some resorts require a 2-night minimum stay except holidays, which require a 3-night minimum stay.
  • Certain resorts require a full-week stay with check-in on specific days and/or may have limited inventory.
  • Reservations may be made only by those listed on the contract and designated family members.
  • An owner must be current on all obligations to Capital Resorts in order to make a reservation. This includes, but is not limited to, Club Dues and Maintenance Fees.
  • Reservations may be changed and/or cancelled without a loss of Capital Points 15 days or more prior to arrival.

Reminder: Your Maintenance Fees and Club Dues must be current to make and use a reservation.
